I called Door Pros Inc, Eric came out the next day took a look and fixed it right then and there, he explained what went wrong and why it happened. he fixed the problem and adjusted everything and test it to make sure it was all set. Definitely very professional I'll call them anytime I need a repair or new door. Thank you
